Privacy Policy

Who We Are

GAG London Equity Capital Ltd ("GAG London", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

What We Collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. We use your browser's local session storage only to remember your selected language and, on the Market page, to avoid unnecessary repeat requests to our market-data provider during your visit; this information is not sent to us and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

How We Use It

We use the information submitted through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., which provides the form-handling infrastructure for this site and acts as a data processor on our behalf. Netlify's own privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.

How Long We Keep It

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing professional relationship.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact a.zuccali@gaglondon.co.uk.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the foot of this page.

Cookie Policy

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local session storage, not a traditional cookie, for two limited purposes: to remember your selected language across pages during your visit, and, on the Market page, to temporarily cache market-data requests so they are not repeated unnecessarily within the same session. Neither of these mechanisms identifies you personally, and both are cleared automatically when you close your browser tab. If a future version of this site adds analytics or marketing cookies, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be requested before such cookies are set.

Terms of Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. The content of this site is provided for general information only and is subject to change without notice; see the Legal Notices above for the specific terms governing the editorial content. We reserve the right to restrict access to all or part of this site, or to withdraw it entirely, at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, as set out under Governing Law above.

Accessibility Statement

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible. It is built with semantic HTML, scalable text and colour choices intended to provide reasonable contrast, and it supports right-to-left layout for Arabic. We have not yet conducted a full accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 standards.
